Our Process Includes:
1) Meet & Greet
Getting to know YOU, the Client. We want to understand your company culture, ideal candidate for the role, interview process, onboarding and any other credentialing you would like.
Career Sparks invests over $5,000/month in technology, including our proprietary database with 600,000+ industry-specific resumes, to ensure we cast are able to target and present the best possible candidates for your search. Our Recruiters make 50+ phone calls/day to potential candidates to qualify, screen and (if applicable) present your opportunity. This process typically takes 2-3 weeks to produce our Top 5 Candidates, however accommodations may be made for highly urgent searches.
3) Candidate Presentation
After sourcing, qualifying and screening each candidate, we will present our Top 3-5 Candidates for your opportunity. Each candidate presentation will include a current resume, clear timeline and salary expectation and most importantly a detailed summary of qualifications as to why they will be a good fit for your organization. Once you have selected the candidates you would like to meet, we will facilitate all interview details and ensure the candidates arrive fully prepared to meet with you.
4) Feedback & Offer Negotiation
As soon as the interviews have been completed, we look forward to hearing your top candidate selection! We will pass along feedback on your behalf and assist in negotiating the final offer and compensation package with your candidate of choice to ensure a smooth acceptance.
5) On Boarding & Quality Control
Our goal at Career Sparks is to create a long-term partnership with YOU, our Client. After the candidate has been presented with an offer, we will present you with any requested on-boarding (references, background checks, other additional screening of your choice), in addition to keeping in touch throughout the candidates’ first year of employment to ensure they are thriving within your organization. We welcome any feedback to improve our partnership and serve as a valuable asset in your Recruiting process.
